- If you stay occupied with distractions so as to stifle your emotions, if you tell yourself stories to justify this escapism, you run from truth. Sadly the more you run, the stronger is their control on you. It'll wear you down unless you decide to be brave & face these feelings.
- It's easy to judge people & easier to decide what they should do. Real deal is to sit with them, understand their past, their struggles, their wishes & offer them support to feel better. That's hard & that's why nobody does it. Be good if you can be. World needs a lot of kindness.
- Healing doesn't mean pretending trauma didn't happen or wiping it from memory. On the contrary, it's accepting that something painful occurred. It's sitting with pain instead of running from it. Healing is understanding & accepting the wound & getting comfortable living with it..
- Some people are keen on finding faults with you but will never take accountability for their personal actions. They may be people very close to you but that doesn't make them right. How soon you learn the lesson and accept that they can't change is completely up to you!

- Your childhood experiences shape your behavior patterns, sense of worth & relationship experiences. You forget but nervous system doesn't. For many triggers, your past is responsible. Identify cause of such triggers, not to blame & shame someone but to heal & have healthy future.
